Hailing from Newcastle, NSW, Evangeline is an artist whose music regularly evades easy categorisation. Grounded by roots in her small-town childhood accompanied by unsupervised internet access and identity struggles, Evangeline’s over-the-top production and lustrous vocals pull influences from her best childhood memories as well as her worst, and also that one YouTube video that she watched as a kid that she can’t find but wishes she could show you.
